Getting Married at St Hugh’s
We are delighted that you are thinking of getting married at St. Hugh’s. To be married in church you don’t have to be baptised or be a regular church attender. Though, of course, a church wedding does include that vital dimension of seeking God’s blessing not only on your wedding day but also throughout your married life.
For such a special day, we offer a special place and we want to help you plan a personal, meaningful and spiritual church wedding. If you would like more information about getting married at St Hugh’s please contact our church office and we’ll be happy to send you an information pack.

Thanksgiving or Infant Baptism at St Hugh’s
The Thanksgiving service is a way of thanking God for His gift of life, and asking for God’s blessing on your child as they start their journey of faith.
Infant baptism takes this decision one step further as parents are asked to make promises to God on behalf of their child and ask for the church’s support as their child starts the journey of faith.
St Hugh’s welcomes everyone who is interested in either service and provides a preparation afternoon to enable parents to make an informed decision.
Both services take place at our 10.00am family service.
For more information about our thanksgiving or infant baptism services, please contact our administrator at jarrod@sthughs.org.uk. Alternatively call the church office.
